For my birthday I got a Crème brûlée burner, and this weekend I gave it a try, of course with a taste of Saffron as the season requires. Creme Brulee is a really good dessert – you can easily give it a taste of your favourite spice (saffron, chili, chocolate) or add a spoon of seasonal fruit for endless variations. And since it does not contain so much sugar it is a quite healthy alternative.
This weekend I stumbled upon this fantastic online magazine Le Parfait – it’s in Swedish only but on page 35 you can click to download all recepies as a PDF – just copy paste the text from there and google translate. Or just look at the pictures for inspiration :)
